HisExpress™ with OmniLyse® Prep & Purification kits

     ClaremontBio is proud to offer the officially released, next generation technologies combined together in a seamless kit for both cell lysis and His-tagged protein purification.

     This kit is comprised of the OmniLyse® rapid cell lysis cartridge and the HisExpress™ His-tagged protein purification columns. The OmniLyse® cartridge has been adapted to be used as a sample prep tool for downstream purification. Alone, the OmniLyse® cartridge can break open cells at a phenomenal rate of 1 minute with >80% efficiency, is disposable, micro-scale, and portable. The HisExpress™ Column will purify clarified or unclarified proteins under native or denaturing conditions, yielding >95% purity and binding up to 1.5 mg of protein.

     When used together, researchers can process up to 50ml’s of proteins in less than 10 minutes, eliminating the need to spin down cells and various other time consuming methods for cell lysis and protein purification. HisExpress™ with OmniLyse® Prep & Purification kits are also cost efficient and boost lab efficiency tremendously by simply eliminating unneeded technology and steps in protocols generally associated for each process.
